How do I secure my booking?
To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Once received, your booking is forwarded to the selected driver and confirmed via email.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges unless a new booking deposit is received.
