1. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time accordingly.

For international arrivals, we offer 1 hour and 20 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands. For domestic flights, we include 30 minutes of free waiting time. If waiting exceeds this complimentary period, a modest $10 overtime fee applies per 15-minute block to cover driver time.

2. How do I secure my booking?

To confirm your reservation, a small deposit of $10 AUD (or 50 RMB) is required at the time of booking. This secures your vehicle and driver.

The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver upon completion of your trip via cash or card.

3. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Personal Changes:

The $10 AUD / 50 RMB deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or change plans for personal reasons.

Verified Flight Changes:

If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled by the airline and we are unable to accommodate the new time, your deposit will be fully refunded.

4. How do I meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. We will also send you the driver's contact details via SMS prior to your arrival.

Our drivers can also assist you with purchasing local SIM cards and public transport Go Cards if you are new to the area, ensuring a smooth start to your trip.

5. Do you provide child seats?

Yes! We are a family-friendly service and understand the importance of safety. In Queensland, it is a legal requirement for children under 7 to be properly restrained.

We have all types of seats available—baby capsules, forward-facing seats, and booster seats. Please let us know your child's age when booking so we can install the correct seat for free.

6. Are there any hidden fees in the pricing?

Transparency is key to our service. Our quoted price is all-inclusive.

This means tolls, airport parking fees, and GST are all included in the final price you see. There are no surprises at the end of your journey.

7. Do you offer services other than airport transfers?

Absolutely. While we specialize in airport transfers, we also provide customized private tours to popular destinations.
